About Us

Exodus Film School is a program created by author, Pastor and Jacksonville, FL native, E-C Weston. Weston has more than 20 years of experience in working with youth and is surrounded by a host of talented experts from the entertainment industry to curate an immersive camp that explores every aspect of film production, videography, and creative writing. Exodus Film School introduces participants to the first principles of cinematography and camerawork while integrating principles of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision making.

In addition to the hard skills learned, youth will also learn healthy social and emotional skills and that by possessing such skills, are more likely to success in school, work, and life. Students will learn how to practice responsible decision making, implement positive thinking and build relationship skills such as how to effectively resolve conflict. Students will also learn how to resist negative social pressure, manage stress and anxiety and learn social norms. At the Exodus Film School, you will find the recipe for achievement in curtailing gun-violence and giving our youth a creative opportunity at success.
